I usually make notes on my hand so I won’t forget something.  My mother hated it,  “Stop writing all over yourself”!  I also found that it’s not good to write on your palm either and then prop your face up… as most ink is transferable.

If Dory from Finding Nemo had these… well shoot, she lives in water so, sticky notes wouldn’t work.
